I agree, but I supposed that it went without saying that the Royals universe takes place up until what we would call the medieval era

Yeah timeline constraints to be sure, but I think that anything south of that time is fair game, that is just my opinion though and that's all :3

Ooooooh I LIKE that idea! Maybe our characters knew each other from before, so like when my Queen was just another citizen they could have been sparing together and stuff so they were friends. I put in my history that when my Spade became Queen that she imposed further that any citizen can have a position of power so long as they proved to be the strongest, do you think your character would have wanted to rise to the position of Ace just so he could stay close to his Queen? XD

I mean oh my gosh yes there are tons! But I just meant that when people are making characters, they don't need to be limited to just one time! A person picking a Spade as his/her character can totally chose any warrior they want! I think that's awesome

Basically every kind of physical warrior throughout history, we can have them in our kingdom. That is the really cool thing about the idea of the Spades, we haven't got to be limited by the geography of our own history, we can implement all that awesome prowess and knowledge in the ONE fantasy nation, I think it's freaking awesome : D

Heeey have you thought about how you would like YOUR character to fight yet? XD I chose Monk thinking of the shaolin monks, that my Queen is a, duh, woman so she is more fast and flexible than she is physically strong, so those fighting skills would suit her and it would be cool that she is not AT all spiritual or like calm or anything, I'm hoping it will make a cool juxtaposition! XD
