    No, its not with kids. The PTLLS is for young adults to adults. So 16+ in age. If I wanted to work with kids I would have to complete a degree as well. And then a teacher's degree afterwards. Preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector is really aimed at adults and vocational qualifications or things to do with that.

    Nice! You are talented. I can't knit so save my life. Even if I tried...and I did try...as a kid in school. But at least enjoy the con then when you attend it.

    Well at least baby sitting will give you a good reference in the long run I imagine? Its better than me sitting and doing nothing at the moment. However I start volunteering this coming Friday as a classroom assistant for a volunteer organisation in Gateshead here in Newcastle Upon Tyne. So kinda not sure what to expect or anything since I completed my PTLLS level 4 last year which essentially means I can teach a subject up to level 3 as long as I have done the subject myself. Most teaching roles want people to have this TAQA qualifications and assessor awards etc. Which I don't have... so I am hoping this step will get me a good reference really. Its better than sitting at home and doing nothing.

    Well Letty is a a type of faery. Instead of the diminutive, winged species, he falls into the tall, radiant/angelic being type. He can also be seen as a personification of some aspects of nature (He's light and water- he uses it to manipulate what people see, hence the illusions)
