Nah stay healthy there are hundred of things we come in contact with daily that fuck up our human makeup such as computers to start. Plastic water bottles, the water sits so long in bottles it absorbs the plastic in molecular level, cause migranes and you wonder why you have a headache or so many...so stay away from that. I keep my water in glass bottles, I filter it and store it in the fridge. I also shop at the 99 cent store to buy dry goods sometimes bananas and berries.
