      April Antics: Cut Up! [Game]

Cut-up was a technique pioneered by the Surrealists, creating new texts out of old.
Use copy-and-paste, grab some likely sentences, and weave them together into a new piece of writing.
Prose or poem, which ever is fine.

For this text I've picked: The Comte De St. Germain
If you want to use your own choice of text, feel free, but let us know what you used!

The way I'm going to do it is to copy sentences, fragments, names, and other snippets into notepad++, handy due to its line number feature.
Then I'm going to get random groupings of 3-5 segments, and arrange work them into a paragraph.
I aren't expecting it to make a load of sense, but it'll be a fun writing experiment.

What methods are you thinking of using?
Have you used techniques like this in the past?
Are there any texts you'd like to see this tried on?
Have you created a cut-up piece you'd like to share?

Here's a link if you need some Random Numbers
