So, I feel this might get some chit chat going. A general talk about whatever the hell you want on the topic of WWE. Whether it's wrestling news, talking about PPVs, speculation to storylines, signings, favourite wrestlers, Smackdown or Raw, rumours too. Whatever floats your boat. So to start off with... We've just come off from the weekend of Survivor Series with the first RAW and Smackdown since then having just recently aired. Did you watch Survivor Series? What did you think? Any favourite moments?
Processing....
Survivor Series was a better than average PPV which sucked total ass compared to Takeover Toronto. Nothing it had compared to the DIY/Revival match.
What do you want from me? It's not how it used to be.
I'd be surprised if a PPV was better quality than an NXT Takeover though, even with the brand split and so on. They're absolutely electric start to finish and the finish with the Joe/Nakamura match caught me by surprise.
I don't follow wrestling, but I've absorbed a little by osmosis from the Super Best Friends. Lately they've been obsessed with Lucha Underground, because it's pre-taped (which means high production quality) and has the extremely fantasy/sci-fi based "anime plotlines" they wish WWE had. I gotta push Brennan Williams, aka Great Black Otaku, former NFL player, now WWE wrestler Marcellus Black: https://twitter.com/GREATBLACKOTAKU http://www.wwe.com/shows/wwenxt/arti...ennan-williams Here he is doing his Love Live-inspired move "Nico Nico Knee" in his first wrestling gig at Reality of Wrestling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_qxn_8sybw And again versus the Super Best Friends at a MAGFest convention: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woBxkE-R9SA
I hope AJ has finished that Ellsworth no chin guy now

Anyone watched TLC? Not a bad PPV in the grand scheme of things. It's just not compelling enough at the moment.

AJ retained his title, which is most good.

From what I've seen, I'd agree. Proves you don't have to be a huge musclebound loon to get over in the dubyadubya.

Tell that to Vince MacMahon, he's obsessed with big buff musclemen. Personally I enjoy AJ Styles and Seth Rollins the most at the minute, I'm eager to see more of Finn Balor again once he's healed up, was a total beast in NXT! Speaking of... Shinsuke Nakamura is superb!

Shinsuke Nakamura is superb! I have been oddly underwhelmed by Nakamura. Samoa Joe on the other hand is ready for the main roster and has been for a while. I'd love a surprise rumble debut for him.
3 weeks till the royal rumble ^_^

Nakamura and Joe will get main roster call ups soon, I hope.
Joe will be sooner. Nakamura might wait around until Mania season
