How can We track events? Also wouldnt we setup a schedule?

I would suggest keeping a list of the current and past events amd maybe a thread with quickfire suggestions for future events that would fit a relevant theme. For example, you could have a Summer relevant gfx thread go up etc.
Once you have enough suggestions or event ideas in place, we can all agree when is best to run them.

Although to be fair, if there is an independent event that one of us would like to run then as long as it is discussed and it benefits the section then you can run an independent one.

Artsy Monsters

Phase 1:
Intro:
Hello All! This is your time to play…Dr. Frankenstein! Hehe…
This will be the greatest challenge yet! The first phase will be all about creation of someone new!
So with that being said…

Sketch, Draw, GFX, Paint and yes even COSPLAY! A new and unique character! There are no limits and you can do more than 1 character if you chose.

Phase 2:
Now we can continue to develop a character. You will randomly be given a Sketch, Draw, GFX, Paint, or cosplay creation and you will either develop a bio, personality profile or a short RP intro 

@Angelic Neko Sounds good to me I would go into more detail on what exactly it entails e.g. a step by step example or such.

Event Idea:

Summer Art Bonanza

All forms of art media including drawn, crafted, writing, gfx, cosplay, photography
A little like the "make something" thread I run. Each week have a new theme relating to a Summer thing and encourage people to create whatever they want to and make a mass thread where everyone submits their works for each theme and keep it running through August to early September.
Could also try to promote this in other sections and find people in the intro threads to try and direct them to take part for fun and getting to know people.

For an art battle/big competition I thought of a great idea.

"Recreate it"

So take a reeeeeeally old piece of artwork or GFX, poem etc and recreate it anew. Put both side by side with the date of the original and the new piece and people vote based on improvement and which they like best etc.

If you want I can always take turn with one future art battle and feature this or something?
