Thanking you kindly @Pixiedora ! I'd be more than happy to share what I've learnt over the years and how to get started too I did 3 months of conditional dieting to begin with and lost a staggering 3 stone in those first months Then I started a rigorous gym plan that has grown with me and that I constantly maintain

I know that feeling @Pixiedora ! That's what took the longest time for me but I finally got to October 2016 and something just snapped inside of me; I had to change my ways. I wasn't happy, I was incredibly unfit and it was effecting my health and wellbeing in more ways than I can express and above all, I was putting my self at serious risk of a premature death and complications in later life. I asked a close friend who was very keen on his sports and gym to help an guide me and he did exactly that. I learnt so much from him in the first couple of months and he helped no end. Admittedly I think you need to find the initial motivation or 'spark' yourself; you need to find your reason for doing it and stick to it. I had had countless rejections on dating sites and apps and was feeling REALLY low about myself and I think that's what changed. I remained single for over 2 years whilst I got myself sorted out and here I am today, loving every second of it all What originally started as a 'I need to change' has now turned in to a lifestyle I am able to maintain on a daily basis and I've truly reaped the rewards and continue to as well

I'm more than happy to write out the initial plan I followed; if anyone is interested, I'll start a new thread discussing it
