Honestly I really regret ever having a really highly sexually active phase. It caused me a lot of problems. I agree there's more to relationships than sex, it's a massive point of no return, something you can't just undo.
As a teen I always fellt like I was under pressure to start a family young, because my parents and my older sisters did. Reflecting on my life and where I'm at now, I'm glad I never gave into that. I'm not in a rush to push on. I've learnt my lesson around being with somebody who doesn't really love me but just doesn't want to be single. I've had enough of all that. I'll make new friends first then see where I go from there if I find somebody I really like.
I watch a lot of Romance anime and most of them have taught me some very valuable lessons on relationships too, so you're not the only one there.
Your perception on good relationships certainly are not wrong in anyway, at least IMO.
I believe there will be somebody out there for me. I know that if it's meant to be, then it will happen.
