Love trek, got TNG and DS9 on dvd, got the classic movies on bluray, though apart from the 1st one, not impressed with the alternate timeline movies.
Not seen Discovery so not really going to say anything about it.

Yeah haven't seen discovery but I hear it's good.

Discovery has good bits and bad bits in it. One particular incident they try to out do kirk doing a kirk, but one thing kirk never did was let women get in the way of the mission, they were the added bonus content.

But all in all discovery was really good

I was thinking the other day about that episode in the original series where they end up back in old earth time and Jim meets this amazing woman whom Spock discovers is destined to die in an accident. The dynamic between Kirk, Spock and McCoy in that one especially at the end is some of the best I feel in the series, really heartbreaking but really well done by all.

The real question is where were the temporal agents? Not doing their Job protecting the timelines
