How To Enter and Additional Information

• Only one entry per member is accepted and entered into the contest.Additional entries by a single member will not be accepted.If more then one entry is submitted by any member only their first entry will be entered into the contest.With this said please be absolutely sure of your entry before you submit it.Exchanging or replacing your entry is not accepted.Only your original entry will be entered.
• Entries can be submitted in two ways.You can either post your entry in this thread or if you are feeling shy or want your entry to be a surprise you can message your entry directly.If done privately you will not be named on the entry unless you give us permission to do so.Staff member who handles the entries ( @Sirena ) will know what entry belongs to who and will not disclose names of those who don't want to be publicly named.
• Any program that you can edit or add to a image is recommended to use.Examples are Paint,Photoshop,Gimp to name a few.Other programs that offer the same services are perfectly acceptable.
• Entries are not only limited to the template provided.Pictures of a actual Christmas tree (real or fake) can be submitted and entered into the contest as well.This also gives photographers and crafters a chance to enter as well.All photos must be recent and be your own in order to be entered.Old photos or someone else's photos can't be entered into the contest and will not be accepted.
• Backgrounds and/or additional images can be added to your entry if you choose to do so.Additional items/backgrounds will not hurt or help your chances in winning.Winners are judged by the Tree itself.
• Any one that is a member of Anime League (AL) is welcomed to enter.This includes members of Staff as well.Arts,Cosplay,and Writing Staff is also allowed to enter though their position will not give them a special advantage in this contest.All entries will be judged the same.
• Winners are decided by the Arts,Cosplay,and Writing Staff.Ties will not be accepted.A clear 1st,2nd and 3rd Place winner must be decided by majority vote.All Staff members are expected not to play favorites,to be unbiased and fair when voting.If votes are suspected to be unfair that vote may not count.
• All entries will be "showcased" in a special thread after the contest had ended.This gives everyone a chance to view each others entry afterwards.The Showcase thread will remain up til after the Holidays or whenever this section's Head Moderator (
  @PharaohAtem ) decides to take it down.The thread will then be closed and archived where you can view it there whenever you please.
