Couldn't see a thread about YouTube so hopefully it's ok to start one.

Do you watch YouTube? How often to you watch videos there and would you say you watch most video content on YouTube than other platforms? What sort of content do you watch on there?

I watch a lot of YouTube videos. From Safiya Nygaard's vlog-like videos, Game Grumps comical gaming content, heck I even watch a bit of tech stuff as well. I think to me YouTube has replaced TV, as instead of TV advertisements I now have YouTube advertisements. Netflix is a close contender though!

We all like to spend time on youtube (or in my case waste time lol)
I personally like to watch Ashens, Crasy Russian Hacker, Life of Boris, Being the Elite and Dope or Nope.

Ashens is a somewhat sarcastic youtuber from Norwich that review weird item such as "whatever tat poundland has to sell" from the now iconic, brown sofa. He is also a huge comic book and video game aficionado having done multiple talks @Norwich Gaming Festival.

Crasy Russian Hacker started off posting Lifehack videos and science experiments with the tagline "safety is number one priority" but now he reviews random products and MRE's from around the world amongst other things

Life of Boris brings to the world the Slav life. with videos of boris cooking slav recipes, hardbass tunes and slav lifestyle.

Indie Darlings "The Young Bucks" are part of an wrestling faction called The Elite and Being the Elite is the blog of they're indie careers along with comedy skits.

Dope or Nope are Mathias Tanner and mike and they take 10 things from websites like wish and places like that and decide weather that product is dope or a nope.

as well as those i also like to watch anime cracks with the anime brain and Gifs with Sound being my favourites.

that's cute! YT is weird (like the rules keep changing and whatever) but there's some fun stuff for sure.

I only watch one Youtuber and that's Abroad in Japan Other than that it'd be watching Kpop music videos! My husband watches Youtube a lot more, but couldn't tell you what channels.

oh I like his content. Been a while since I watched his videos though as I like to binge watch so I often wait til there's a lot of his videos I've not watched and then spend ages watching them in one sitting lol

I think my favourite youtubers are DazGames (mostly does reactions to other videos and a few games) and CallMeKevin (Gaming).

Don't really watch TV anymore except from when I'm eating since I don't like to eat in my room. Before work, during work and definitely after work will watch youtube. My favourite youtube videos are currently the ones about wayv and superm. But I do enjoy the try guys, safiya, dan and phil, etc. A year ago, I was really into mukbang and beauty channels. Now, not so much though.

i never used to like Nux Taxu, but after watching some of his more recent videos, the quality of his content has gone up quite a lot so if your looking for a slightly satirical look at anime and the community you should check out his channel.
