Spring Season 2011 (Is There Something to Look Forward To?)

Link here (as large images are -- if I'm right -- not allowed here):

Looking forward for Nichijou ^.^ as it's a "weird" manga with exaggerated responses and good comedy.

Re: Spring Season 2011 (Is There Something to Look Forward To?)

Usually we do actually just put these images in the OP, and there's no specific rules on images in posts, so generally just don't abuse it and its fine.

Nichijou - KyoANI - Fuckkin' SOLD
Deadman wonderland, maybe pending more info.
C The money of soul and possibility of control. - Good plot description enough to interest me and and the directors background warrants a watch alone.
Sket Dance, maybe it could too easily be too generic, but ill wait for a promo trailer or something, and if it looks good there, it'll get a watch from me.
Hidan No Aria, an action oriented anime, welcome, don't like the generic special high school element though, if its bearable then it'll be good, if its too bad it;ll flop in my book,
Hana-Saku iroha - Looks like a thoughtful anime, it deserves a watch for its general setup.

Lotte no Omocha - WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH EVERYONE INVOLED WITH THAT SHOW. Seriously 10 years old, and must consume seamen, in the plot description, hell no , someone get the police up in here.

Gundam Unicorn # 3 - At least one automatically perfect thing this season.
      - This is the greatest signature in existence -

MariaHolic: Alive looks solid to me. A good comedy plot, I think. Also possible to open peoples minds a bit wider to homosexuality if pulled off correctly.
AppleseedXIII - Always loved Appleseed and this will, hopefully, not ruin it.
Ao no Exorcist - Looks interesting.
Sket Dance - Another interesting looker, if a bit generic. Will have to watch the first couple of episodes before I make judgment, though.
Highschool of the Dead - I think this is a no-brainer. It's a pretty solid manga and the anime had my attention pretty much from the start. Been waiting for it to resume.

      YES!!

The World God Only Knows S2!!!

as well as that, i have to admit, the line-up, isnt too shabby...

though...i have to admit...what the FUCK is up with making an anime based around how to make a 30 year old have sex O_o

and the one with a 10 year-old having to drink semen....WHAT?! im sorry...WHAT?!

other than that, yea, im excited, i see quite a few i wanna check out :3

also, i have linked the image into the thread, as with the new anime line-up's we genereally allow bug images so people can see in the thread

not much going on here for me. might check out [C] the money of soul and possibility control. just coz I like to check out original animes from time to time, rather than ones that are based off manga. and ao no exorcist has a vaguely interesting premise and I'm a sucker for supernatural, special power type animes, plus dark haired main character who looks quite hot? yeh I'm all over that shizzle, so gonna give that one a try too. Oh yeh and definitely checking out sekai-itchi hatsukoi , gotta love a bit of yaoi goodness (no, just me? )

No idea, I let other people test out the new season of anime and write out reviews before I risk wasting my time

But I'm a bit interested in Stein's Gate if the anime represents the game well. I wwanted to play the game, but never got around to it.

Anime are reacting violently to the new Regulation Law I guess. They're trying to make the best of it before it runs out. XD

Re: Spring Season 2011 (Is There Something to Look Forward To?)

In answer to the title question "Is there anything to look forward to?" the answer is unfortunately "No" in my case. Apart from possibly the HOTD OVA and the Nana to Kaoru OVA.

Other then that, shit's looking pretty dire.
i think mah boi is a pretty cool guy. eh wonders what gannons up to and doesn’t afraid of anything.

I'll continue watching Roberta's blood trail, and possibly Appleseed (not seen the original yet). I also read that there'd be a second series of Kaiji coming out

Fangasm over Deadman Wonderland. The manga is amazing.
