Bianca made mental notes on what Charon said. Their mission consisted on stopping V.net from attacking the Monument. It seemed nonsensical at first glance for them to attack something like San Paro's Monument. But pondering about it better, it made sense. It was the symbol of development for so many years. An icon. If it were to be attacked, then it would lose its significance and a new icon would emerge. It felt like an attack with metaphorical purposes rather than something concrete. Needless to say, she had questions but it didn't seem like they had time to ask them. The mission seemed simple enough for her at least. She took out her laptop. "Mr. Charon, it would be helpful if you could pass on to my laptop the structure's map." She requested. Her amber eyes looked at Darren. The boy didn't seem too reliable, at least that was what her first impression was. But she would have to learn to work with him. "I'm all ready to go."
Charon smiled. "We did that ten minutes ago" he turned to Darren, who was smiling happily as thought of his first mission. "Well, it seems you're all ready to go, hold on, you'll appear under the bridge that links San Paro to the Monument... Bear with me..." he turned to the computer on the table, pressing a few keys.
"Don't worry, you'll be fine, just don't hold hands..." he pushed a button, and the pair disappeared in a blue wisp.
Darren opened his eyes, finding himself under the bridge, the sound of socialistic tourists gathering above. He turned his head to face Bianca, then nodded. "Come on, I'll go outside, you find a cafť and link me up, yeah? Or do you want to join me?" he smiled, tilting his head. "I mean... What I mean to say.." he frowned.
"Look, I'm no good with words, so I'll just have a look around.."
Singe continued up the ladder, then emerged in a small room with a large silver pillar protruding from the center. One window spread at one end of the room, a view of the sea and a few boats littered the picture it painted. Singe whistled as he looked up, noticing they were in the interior of the monument, the staircase running through the pillar in the center. He unzipped his duffel bag, removing wad after wad of gelignite. He began sticking them to the opposite wall to the window, spacing them out randomly.
"Come on, start sticking these up, we've got five before Titan deals with the AFS" he called out to Deadwulf and Lazarel. "And Laz? You can take the coat off now" he laughed, his breath escaping the gaps between his lips where the new cigarette sat.

"Thanks for your permission" Lazarel replied with a sarcastic grin. He unbuttoned the jacket and threw it and his hat down the ladder hole through which they had come . If anybody had been following them, the coat would have been an unexpected surprise when it fell down and hit them.
He grabbed a handful of the wads and drew all of the shadows in the monument towards him. He also drew the ones from outside of the monument, which drifted through the pane of glass towards him. He fashioned them into his shape and made them pick up a handful of wads as he had done. He began to fly up ascending the steps of the pillar as his shadow copies followed. He flew to the very top of the interior of the monument and began sticking the wads to the spaces around him. His shadow clones had stopped at different levels below him and were also sticking wads in their different areas. There were enough shadows so that some of them held the wads of gelignite while a group around them took from them and began sticking before returning when they needed more. Laz thought to himself that it was a very efficient way of placing them and also a fast way. In an operation like this, especially as Titan and his team were waiting for them, time was of the essense.
His group moved down further and further until more of the interior was covered in the wads. This place would sure make a big boom when it exploded...
OOC: Is it too late to join? If not, here. But just in case it is, I'll edit in/post my IC post later.

Hayase left her grandparent's house and was walking down the street, pondering as to what had happened just a couple days ago on the computer. She of course wasn't paying much attention to where she was going and soon found herself lost. She walked cautiously down the alleyway that she had found herself in and slowly grew afraid for her life, anything could jump out at her and she would be completely defenseless. She did take kendo lessons, but she didn't have her blade on her. "Oh no... Just my luck, lost in this big city," she took her cell out and to her misfortune, "Great, no signal..."
(Chorus from Let You Down by Seether)So say something beautiful/Say what you're keeping inside/This anticipation, I will only let you down/Say something meaningful/Say what you're trying to hide/This anticipation, I will only let you down
A big thanks to @xWickedNekox for this amazing set
Nights peeked his head out one more time and made sure no one was there. He slowly moved to the entrance of the hatch and saw that no one else was crawling in, Checking behind him one more time as to make sure no one was following him. Cautiously he entered the hatch being as quiet as humanly possible. The hatch was dark and he was sure he could smell the stale smoke from Singe's cigarette. It made him nauseous he tried to hold his breath for a while. He continued to crawl as he came to the ladder something fell on top of him and grabbed him. Nights wrestled with it for a second before realizing it had no substance. He wanted to kick himself as he realized it was a coat.
He threw it to the side and climbed up the ladder still looking like a normal everyday person. He had even altered his voice cords as he spoke. Sounding like a normal person caught up in a heist and something compelled him to act... "Hey! What are you doing here?!"
Vixen watched wide-eyed as Titan struck the door in - it flying off and hitting a guard before he swiftly took out the remaining guards before turning to herself and Shade. She was to help Shade to get to the mainframe and she nodded, smirking. "Right, I can do that." She said before looking to Shade and grinning.
Her mind switched to the others and she wondered how they were doing with their aspect of the plan. She hoped that Singe guy hadn't hurt them. He was...creepy. If creepy was the right word. Then she thought of Nights and what he had decided to do with his time. Vixen wouldn't of been surprised if he had followed them - he didn't seem like the type to just let some excitement pass him by. His ego and pride wouldn't allow it. She chuckled slightly before looking to Shade, "Lead the way."

Shade nodded, his fingers wrapped tightly around the bag and laptop. "Okay, follow me.." he turned to the small staircase, then thought against it and hit the elevator button, bringing it up. Once the doors slid open, Shade stepped inside and dropped his bag, placing the laptop on top with more care. He slipped his pistol out, cocking it, then took a step to the side, smiling. "After you, miss.." he said, gesturing with his hand to lighten the mood of a more serious matter.
It was impressive how outstanding the technology was in BROADSWORD. She'd be lying if she didn't say she wanted to hack it. Or better said, to use her ability and destroy it. Just how would BROADSWORD function if their systems caught a virus and everything was lost. It could definitely be chaotic. She quite wanted to experience that. But alas, it was not prudent. She had agreed to help them in whatever vendetta they had against Villain.net. Truth be told, she could care less about the issues they had. All she was interested in was in being able to use her hacking skills. That was all. And of course, to have something interesting happening in her life. The mission qualified. Bianca turned to Darren who suddenly became nervous at suggesting she accompanied him. She raised an eyebrow at him and shrugged. "I don't particularly mind that." She bluntly said. It was the truth. It's not like she found the kid annoying because of that. Then again, she did sometimes had that effect on boy's. For some reason, they seemed to have a bit of trouble speaking to her normally without stuttering. "It'll be better if I got linked and guided you from there. I can hack into the security system and notify you of any strange movements. Do we have anything for us to communicate?"
Revin took the the explosives and zipped about, around Lazarel's shadow creatures. If together, they didn't blow this thing to the moon, she didn't know who could. Her eyes watched and she made slight adjustments until the inside of the monument looked simular to a spiderweb, each explosive a certain distance from another. When she stopped, she attempted to keep a look of disinterest on her face, but it was impossible. A smile of satisfaction and pleasure spread across, small at first until it made her plain features glow. The way her body felt when she was going that fast, it almost made her want to share the pleasure. But there was a mission to be completed and she looked around to see if she'd missed any spots and decided to take it to the venilation system. She was half way through this when she heard a voice call up to them, causing her to jump and hit her head.
"Fuck! Who the hell is that?" she hissed at the other two, an eye closed as she rubbed her head and crawled from the shaft. She peeked over the ledge where Lazarel had thrown his jacket and eyed the person. She felt as if she should have recognized this person. Then she dismissed it. Perhaps she merely saw his face as she walked through the crowd. She internally cursed herself again for not locking the door. "What are we gonna do about that idiot?"

Nights held back a laugh as Deadwulf had smacked her head. He did his best to look innocent and just a person in the wrong place and the wrong time, or maybe the right time, It was all up to interpretation. Nights knew exactly what he was doing though, The rest of the 'team' did not want to acknowledge him, Fine. He would make a name for himself. He finished climbing up the ladder and set his feet on the ground. For some reason at that point he wanted to show Deadwulf who he was... But it seemed like she was pretty wrapped up with others that did not want to treat people equal.
The plain looking Nights who only looked about 16 spoke again with confidence rising in his voice, being careful to not be as cocky as he normally was. "I'm not an idiot! What are you doing here? I've already called the police so you know. I saw what you did!"
Aeden sat at his usual spot in the cafe, with his iPad. Holding it with one hand and typing something with the other, he suddenly got two messages.
"You have received 2 messages! Click to go to your inbox!"
Aeden raised an eyebrow. "Two messages? I don't usually get email at this time of day..." The man touched the message and it went to his mail. He decided to click the one from Hero.com.
He read the email out of curiosity.
"Greetings Aeden, you'll make a fine addition." Along with this, there was a small link at the bottom.
"They know my name? Then again, my email has my name. Hmm..." He clicked the link, and a page with a fingerprint and the words Hero.com appeared. Aeden brang his thumb to the fingerprint, but hesitated. "My iPad is a touch screen...I wonder what I'll do." Aeden pressed his thumb against the picture, and it disappeared. Soon after, several icons with captions filled the page. "Choose...your...abilities? Hmh." He looked through them and chose the ones that caught his eye: Illusionist and Chimera. The screen went black.
"Hm?" He touched the screen but nothing happened. Perhaps his battery was dead.
He put his iPad down, and looked around him. The cafe was a bit empty, which wasn't unusual, since it was the middle of the day. He looked on his hand and saw a tiny ant crawling around. Aeden instinctively slapped it. He wasn't very fond of bugs. He scared at the motionless black dot. "Heh, if these things were bigger..." Suddenly he heard a lady screem from the other side of the cafe. He looked in the direction it came from along with everyone else in the cafe.
"Oh my god!!! There's a massive ant in here!!!"
"Where?" Someone else said.
"Ma'am, I don't see anything."
"How could you not see it?! It's right here!! It's huge!!! S-Someone kill it!" She began to point, but it was just an empty space, unless she was pointing at her drink.
Aeden turned around, thinking about what just happened. "Illusionist...Could it be?...No...Impossible. Surely not someone like me could-"
"Woah! It- It just turned into my drink!"
"Ma'am, you were pointing to your drink..."
"I- I swear...I saw this massive ant on my table in place of my tea."
"Ma'am, perhaps you should go to the hospital."
"Um, but I feel fine..."
Aeden didn't want to hear the rest of this predicament so he let his seat and began to exit the cafe. On his way out he passed by the front counter, flicking a quarter at one of the servers. "Good juice. Keep it up."
"Thank you sir."
Aeden walked back to his college, unable to erase what just happened from his mind. Could he really be able to give people Illusions that only they can see? If he can do that, then could he shape-shift? Once Aeden got to his dorm, he sat on his bed. "Ugh, why am I so tired these days?...I feel like I'm melting..." Aeden stared at his poster sticking on the wall...he began to feel a weird sensation in his legs and arm. He lifted up his arms in front of him. To his horror his arms were a multi-colored liquid, dripping onto the floor, barely keeping form. "Holy shit I am melting!!!" He jumped up but stumbled and fell forward. His legs were following the same fate. Aeden laid on the floorpraying to himself. 'I'm not melting, I'm not melting, I'm not melting, I'm not melting, I'm not melting...' Soon he felt his body feel solid again. He looked at his arms and legs and they were normal again. "...Shape-Shifting...so it's true...but how the hell...?" Aeden reached into his pocket for his boxs of Pockys. "I guess I'd better learn to control this stuff..." He said to himself, putting a stick in his mouth and eating the broken one he recently had.

Nix's eyes widen as he watches Titan in action. He immediately thanks the powers that be that he didn't fight him back at the dock. Getting his mind back in the game, he listens to Titan's instructions. While the others were doing their thing, it was up to Titan and himself to clear out the rest of the building. Nix's body tingled with excitement, "clearing" was definitely something he could do. Taking advantage of the remaining dust, he charges in pistol blazing. The first guard still distracted by the dust is easy enough, a quick shot to the chest puts him down.
Nix turns to his side to see two more guards, no doubt alerted by the huge commotion. As they reach for their pistols, Nix charges at them his body undergoing a transformation as he does. His shoes burst revealing large canine claws as he sways back and forth. As he approaches the guards he uses his claws to jump from the walls and slam his pistol against one of the guard's head. A loud cracking sound can be heard as the guard drops down like a sack of potatoes. The other guard, seemingly paralyzed with fear, gets his world turned upside down as Nix quickly sweeps his legs out from under him. Once he guard is down his stomps down on the guard's chest, his razor sharp claws digging deep into the man's chest. Nix begins to laugh manically as he continues to stomp over and over until the man stops moving.
Vixen followed after Shade and up the small staircase. Their footsteps echoed in the silence, though she tried to remain quiet. Downstairs, she could hear gun shots and manic laughter and she rolled her eyes. Nix... She thought. Perhaps he was more twisted than Vixen first thought. They arrived at the elevator and Shade stepped aside, smiling and offering for her to go in first and she grinned back. "Why thank you, kind sir." She stepped into the elevator, waited for Shade and then they were travelling upwards. She got her gun ready. The commotion downstairs would of led guards to investigate - but some would be made to stay behind.
She was right.
The doors pinged open to reveal only a couple of guards. They turned their head, confused to the elevator being used in such an emergancy. Their eyes widened when they saw Shade and Vixen, their guns raising and she reacted. She swept her hand down, allowing a Dark Wall to protect herself and Shade before raising her gun around and shooting one. Her shooting was slightly off and she stumbled slightly, but Vixen made her target and the man collapsed. Meanwhile, her own shadow had raised into a point and shot itself at the remaining guard before piercing through his eye. In one fluid movement - he was dead. The Dark Wall dropped and Vixen smirked at Shade. "Shall we continue?"
Shade watched as Vixen dealt with the two guards, then smiled behind the shades as Vixen turned to him. "You're getting good at this.." then one of the guards tried to jump out from behind the mainframe. Shade's shadow leaped forwards, impaling the guard, then holding him up as he struggled to free his torso from the velvet spike. Shade turned to the guard, setting the laptop up as he looked at the now crying guard.
"Password, you know it, give it now" Shade commanded, his voice threatening.
"Look.. I.." The guard started, then shadow widened slightly, the sound of cracked bones echoed in the room. Shade removed his shades, and the guard's eyes widened as he stared into the shadowy hollows. "Enforcer.. It's Enforcer.."
Shade smiled, slipping his shads back on. He muttered one word, turning his head away as the shadow thinned, then split through, slicing the guard vertically in a quick flash. "Good". He began typing, leaving the password window open and his phone beside it.
"Now we wait"
Titan watched as Nix shifted into the creature stomping on the guard in a crazed fit. Let him be.. he thought quietly, then grabbed a guard from recovery, punching him in the face with a quick jab before letting him drop to the floor. Then the low hum of something familiar began to strum outside the building. Titan watched out the window as a sleek black, flimsy, almost-tourist-like helicopter floated above the waterline, a man in black uniform slipping an LAW from the back and holstering it onto his shoulder.
"Nix.." Titan called "Get your arse down!" he shouted, just as the missile left the launcher. The hell? Why haven't Singe and the others detonated yet?
Darren nodded. "I think there's a headset.. Oh.." he reached a hand up to his ear, a small white bud protruding from the canal. "He's sneaky, isn't he?" he smiled. "I guess you could route your mic in the laptop to communicate with me.." he smiled again. Then turned to leave the underside of the bridge, shifting quickly into an older teenager with a grey hoodie. He turned to Bianca, smiling.
"I'll see you up top, yeah?" he said, his voice adjusting to a more gravelly tone.
